This is actually a kid's toy that was given to me one evening when I went to trivia night at a bar with some friends. The core is a squishy material contained in a stretchy casing with nubs (No, they're not nipples. Sorry guys.) and enclosed in black netting to create the lobe effect when you squeeze it.
